About the Role

This position involves more than simply serving meals; it is about crafting a memorable dining experience for guests, complemented by attentive service. The role entails setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, engaging directly with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in service and supply areas. Each task is executed with the goal of ensuring that every guest interaction enhances their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by consistently following company policies and standards.
• Adhere to uniform guidelines and present a professional personal appearance and communication style.
• Remain active throughout shifts by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and navigating various floor surfaces safely.
• Manage menu items by reading and verifying information visually.
• Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 pounds independently, 50 pounds with assistance), carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, as well as bending, twisting, and stooping as necessary.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as directed to support the business and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Previous relevant work experience of less than one year is acceptable.
• There is no requirement for supervisory experience or specific licenses or certifications.
