Role overview
This position focuses on greeting visitors warmly, creating an inviting kiosk environment, and presenting the company’s property offerings in a clear and engaging way. The role supports lead generation, promotional activities, and customer engagement to help drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the kiosk tidy, well-arranged, and visually attractive so it draws in visitors.
- Receive guests in a courteous, approachable, and professional manner, and share correct details about properties, projects, and promotions.
- Speak with potential buyers to learn what they need and suggest relevant property choices.
- Capture customer details accurately for qualified lead generation and sales follow-up.
- Hand out brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials while explaining the company’s offerings.
- Respond to visitor questions and connect strong prospects with the right sales team member.
- Assist with the setup and delivery of campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing events.
- Work with internal teams to ensure kiosk activities run smoothly and visitors have a positive experience during events.
- Collect customer feedback, market observations, and repeated questions, then share them with sales and marketing teams.
- Submit complete and accurate lead details quickly and according to company process.
- Work toward assigned lead-generation and sales goals while maintaining strong service standards.
- Follow company rules, procedures, and brand guidelines at all times.
Qualifications and skills
A high school qualification is acceptable, while a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related subject is preferred.
Experience in customer service, retail, sales promotion, real estate, or another client-facing role is considered helpful.
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, build relationships easily, and present themselves confidently and professionally.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
The role may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and public holidays.
The person should be able to work independently and also coordinate effectively with a team.
