What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Leader, you will act as the first point of contact for guests and help create a smooth, welcoming atmosphere. You will know your regular guests, help direct seating, keep an eye on the flow of the room, and make sure the first drink and first impression happen without delay. The position calls for someone who can connect people, anticipate what is needed next, and help maintain a lively service environment.
