Role Overview
Honeywell is hiring a Hospitality Offering Manager to develop, guide, and oversee its hospitality solutions portfolio. The role is focused on expanding business, strengthening customer relationships, and helping hospitality clients improve guest experience and operational performance through innovative, dependable solutions.
You will report to the GM of Hospitality Solutions and be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a work arrangement that combines remote and on-site work.
What You Will Do
- Shape and implement plans that increase revenue and grow market presence in the hospitality sector.
- Develop trusted relationships with major customers and industry partners.
- Direct sales and technical teams so customers receive strong support and service.
- Work with teams across the business to design and introduce new products and solutions.
- Track hospitality market trends and competitor activity to uncover fresh opportunities.
Must-Have Experience
Candidates should bring at least 8 years of experience in business development or product/offering management within the hospitality industry. A history of delivering revenue growth, building customer relationships, and understanding hospitality customer needs is essential. Strong communication and presentation ability is also required.
Preferred Background
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Experience in managing teams, familiarity with Honeywell hospitality solutions or comparable products, and the willingness to travel as needed are all valued.
