Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-location Hospital Manager role situated in the UAE. The chosen candidate will oversee daily hospital operations, coordinating between clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective management of practices and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities involve supervising staff, enhancing patient flow and service quality, budget and resource management, and tracking operational performance metrics. The Hospital Manager will implement policies, support strategic plans, and maintain strong communications with leadership, medical personnel, and external stakeholders to promote safe and patient-centered care.
Key Qualifications
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in hospital management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of hospital operations, healthcare administration, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership capabilities along with strong communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Experience with Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation is highly advantageous.
