Role overview

This position is for a home delivery driver who brings online orders straight to customers’ homes while representing the company in a friendly and helpful way. The job is varied and fast-moving, with a strong focus on keeping deliveries accurate, fresh, and on time.

You’ll be meeting new people regularly, working in a busy environment, and going the extra mile to make sure customers have a positive experience with every delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver customer orders to homes promptly and in good condition.
  • Provide a warm, helpful service and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Work across a fast-paced, changing daily schedule.
  • Use your own initiative to help resolve customer queries.
  • Operate equipment safely while following health and safety standards.
  • Lift and move totes weighing up to 18 kg.

Applicants should have held a full driving licence for at least 1 year, have no more than 6 points on their licence, and be over 18 years of age. The role suits someone energetic, approachable, and comfortable working in a varied, active setting.
