Program Overview
The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme is a dynamic three-year leadership acceleration initiative aimed at shaping future commercial leaders. Participants will develop practical skills through roles in Sales, Marketing, and international placements while building a robust network within the global HEINEKEN community.

Graduate Journey Details
Sales Foundation (6 months):
- Gain comprehensive industry knowledge through direct involvement in Sales and Merchandising.
- Develop commercial acumen and cultivate customer relationships.
- Work hands-on with both customers and sales teams to grasp brand impact on growth.
Trade Marketing (6 months):
- Contribute to commercial initiatives and brand activation efforts.
- Engage with category management and shopper marketing practices.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business growth drivers.
International Assignment (6 months):
- Expand global perspectives and establish international professional networks.
- Experience diverse market environments and varied operational approaches.
- Enhance both personal and career development through international exposure.
Landing Role (18 months):
- Apply acquired knowledge in a significant commercial position upon returning from the international placement.
- Potential roles include Category Manager and Revenue Manager.

Qualifications
