Role overview
Compass Health Network is seeking a Healthcare Quality & Data Analyst to support its FQHC programs by turning raw information into practical improvements. The position focuses on quality reporting, accreditation support, and finding ways to strengthen outcomes across primary care services.
This role is remote, but it is available only to Missouri residents. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Core responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate FQHC outcome metrics and reporting systems
- Work with organizational leaders to monitor performance and assist with accreditation and compliance requirements such as HRSA and NCQA
- Deliver insights through data review, trend analysis, and visual reporting
- Help with patient satisfaction surveys and quality improvement initiatives
- Support grant-related reporting and process improvements that influence care outcomes
Requirements and qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required
- Background in quality management and utilization management is required
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHR systems is preferred
- Strong ability in report writing, data analysis, and statistical analysis is preferred
- Ability to think in terms of outcome measurement and performance frameworks is preferred
- CPHQ certification from NAHQ is preferred and can be completed after joining
