Role overview
This is a full-time remote opening for a Healthcare Data Project Manager in Canada. The position offers annual compensation in the range of $400K to $550K.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of projects from start to finish and make sure major AI lab clients receive high-quality outcomes.
- Lead healthcare and medical data pipelines, with a strong focus on making them faster, more accurate, and able to scale.
- Supervise Human Data Managers and Leads, while also reviewing the output of healthcare and medical subject-matter experts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for top AI labs on large, business-critical initiatives and keep them informed on progress.
- Work alongside Human Data Engineers to set, monitor, and improve KPIs across expert-led workflows.
- Share executive-ready updates and strategic insights about project status, data quality, and operational results with senior leadership.
What you need
- An MD is considered an advantage, though it is not required.
- Experience in data operations, engineering, computer science, or meaningful exposure to healthcare and medicine.
- A background in leadership roles handling large-scale data programs or healthcare-centered projects.
- Strong drive to build solutions from scratch and deliver quickly in demanding, high-pressure settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.
Compensation
The role is paid and comes with an annual salary between $400K and $550K.
