Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support to nurses and doctors in daily patient care activities such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and basic hygiene tasks.
• Ensure examination areas are prepared, medical equipment sterilized, and maintain adequate medical supplies for operational readiness.
• Accurately record patient information, intake documentation, and procedural notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Assist patients during the check-in and check-out procedures, manage appointment scheduling, and respond to general medical inquiries politely and professionally.
• Implement infection prevention measures by keeping clinical areas clean and following health authority rules in the UAE.
• Report urgent patient issues to clinical personnel promptly and provide help during emergency situations under guidance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Basic Life Support (BLS), familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), expertise in vital signs monitoring, adherence to infection control protocols, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to assist patient mobility.
• Preferred: CPR certification, proficiency in Arabic language, and prior experience within healthcare setups in the UAE.
