Role Overview
Westcare Homecare Ltd is hiring a Healthcare Assistant in Roscommon, County Roscommon, Ireland. Service Areas
You may work across Ballaghadereen, Castlerea, Boyle, Strokestown, Carrick-on-Shannon, Athlone, Elphin, Tulsk, Frenchpark, Ballinsloe, and Charlestown.
Compensation and Schedule
The role offers pay of up to €21.50 per hour, along with paid mileage. Hours are flexible so the work can fit around your lifestyle.

Key Duties
- Assist clients with everyday personal care and home routines, including washing, dressing, and mealtimes
- Support clients with movement and maintaining independence
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
- Observe client wellbeing and escalate any concerns
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home setting
What You Need
- A full Irish driving licence and access to a car
- QQI Level 5, or an equivalent qualification
- A dependable, kind, and positive approach
- Previous care experience is helpful but not required
