Company Overview

Outskill is an expanding organization that helps healthcare businesses improve performance and make better decisions by combining data, technology, and domain expertise. The team works across disciplines to turn complex healthcare information into practical recommendations that support stronger outcomes for patients and providers. The culture emphasizes curiosity, ongoing learning, clear communication, and flexibility in a remote-friendly setting.

Role Summary

As a part-time, remote Healthcare Analyst, you will transform healthcare data into actionable insights and recommendations. The role centers on gathering, cleaning, and verifying data from different sources, then using quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. You will also research healthcare policies, clinical practices, and industry standards, and convert findings into concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients.

What You Will Do

  • Collect, clean, and validate healthcare data from multiple sources.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Research healthcare policies, clinical practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • Summarize analysis into clear reports, presentations, and written updates.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to clarify questions, define metrics, and support data-based decisions.
  • Build dashboards or visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Document analytical methods and help improve processes and tools over time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, comfort working with healthcare-related information, and the skill to communicate complex findings in a simple way. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while managing several tasks at once.

Additional Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience can also fit. Background in healthcare, consulting, or analytics is an advantage, and a willingness to keep learning and developing professionally is important.
