The Healthcare Advisor plays a vital role in enhancing the customer and patient experience using comprehensive knowledge of health and wellness products and services.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice in-store, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Stay informed about new products and ongoing promotions to provide accurate and current information to customers.
- Proactively offer advice and guide customers to appropriate healthcare products and services, involving pharmacists when necessary to ensure optimal choices.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team goals and ensure the best customer care is maintained.
- Exhibit a customer-focused mindset by fostering a friendly and service-oriented store environment.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, professional standards, relevant legislation, and established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the store, ensuring efficient queue management.
- Share success stories and best practices across local stores to continuously enhance service quality.
