This is a permanent, full-time Head Stylist position within a grooming salon at a pet care centre in Dunstable. The role combines expert dog grooming with people leadership, salon standards, and commercial performance in a target-driven setting.

What you will do
You will lead by example in the salon, carrying out hands-on grooming work while also guiding and supporting the team. A key part of the position is maintaining excellent grooming standards, helping develop colleagues, and contributing to overall salon performance alongside the Store Manager.
