Role Overview
As Head of Talent, you will take full ownership of the talent acquisition function, leading strategy, execution, and outcomes. This leadership position requires building and managing a top-tier recruiting team while partnering closely with senior leadership to align hiring efforts with business goals. Your team will source and attract the best engineers, clinical operators, and go-to-market professionals nationwide, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and setting high standards for hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle including headcount planning, sourcing strategy, offer negotiation, and onboarding transitions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to translate organizational priorities into actionable hiring plans and scalable talent strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing global recruiting team by setting clear standards, coaching, and fostering an environment conducive to excellence.
- Design and implement structured interview frameworks, calibration methods, and scorecards to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across all functions.
- Oversee employer branding and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain recruiting infrastructure including ATS configurations, sourcing tools, offer strategies, compensation benchmarks, and operational processes to support rapid scaling.
- Provide recruiting analytics and reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness for informed decision-making.
- Personally lead searches for senior and strategic roles while empowering the team to manage the full requisition load across Engineering, Product, Design (EPD), Go-to-Market (GTM), Clinical, and General & Administrative (G&A) functions.
Qualifications
- Over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition with a minimum of 5 years managing recruiting functions or teams in high-growth technology environments.
- Proven success scaling recruiting operations during rapid company growth.
- Experience hiring for diverse functions including engineering, product, design, go-to-market, general administration, and clinical or healthcare-related roles.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing people in recruiting.
- Expertise in building or overhauling recruiting infrastructure, ATS systems, tools, and processes.
- Background in health tech, digital health, or enterprise SaaS companies is highly desirable.

Compensation
The position offers a compensation range between $250,000 and $280,000 annually.
