Position Overview

Elas na Tecnologia is looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Head of Operations. This senior leadership position entails guiding the company’s operational functions, crafting operational strategies, optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring excellence throughout the organization. The role demands oversight of cross-department coordination and the execution of initiatives that drive business growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals, and expansion plans.
• Manage daily operations to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer service quality.
• Develop, deploy, and refine operational procedures, workflows, and performance benchmarks continuously.
• Track operational KPIs and metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Champion initiatives for operational excellence, including process enhancements, automation, and cost reduction efforts.
• Collaborate closely with departmental heads to synchronize operational tasks with business objectives and customer needs.
• Plan and manage resources, workforce distribution, budgets, and operational forecasts.
• Detect potential operational risks and establish strategies to mitigate them to maintain uninterrupted business functions.
• Lead organizational change projects, transformation efforts, and continual improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, quality norms, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop management personnel and operations teams to foster a culture focused on accountability and excellence.
• Contribute to strategic planning and support initiatives for company expansion and identifying new opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports for executives including operational reviews and performance updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management or related leadership roles such as supply chain, logistics, or business management.
• Deep knowledge of operational strategy, process improvement, and managing organizational performance.
• Proven capability in leading multifaceted teams and managing extensive operational responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with sound decision-making aptitude.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management competencies.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with business management systems including ERP, data analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
• Adept at functioning effectively in a dynamic, fast-evolving, and growth-focused environment.
• Solid business acumen with commercial insight and strategic thinking.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred; advanced degrees such as an MBA or equivalent leadership certifications are advantageous.
