Overview
We are seeking an experienced HCM Expert to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany, focusing on the continuous enhancement of our HR systems landscape. This full-time position offers a permanent contract with approximately 40 working hours per week and partial opportunities for remote work. You will work at the intersection of HR and IT, delivering robust, efficient, and scalable solutions for HR and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advance our HR systems primarily based on SAP HCM (On-Premise) with supplementary use of SuccessFactors.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable system solutions.
- Conduct customization of HCM modules, including payroll, and configure SuccessFactors accordingly.
- Ensure stable daily operations of HR systems within the HR-IT team.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency, standardization, and user experience.
- Oversee the implementation of releases, change requests, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT departments, and external partners on international transformation and digitalization projects, while supporting audit, compliance, and security requirements.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in IT, business informatics, or a similar field.
- Profound expertise in SAP HCM (On-Premise), preferably focusing on payroll functionalities.
- Experience in configuring and deploying SuccessFactors.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and their digital implementation.
- Technical aptitude, with knowledge of ABAP considered advantageous.
- Methodical and solution-driven work style combined with a strong hands-on approach.
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
