Role overview
For residential apartment communities in Reinickendorf and Spandau (new-build properties), the company acts as a partner to the property management team, helping preserve the value and condition of the buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Be present on site every weekday in a full-time capacity and serve as the main contact person for day-to-day property maintenance coordination.
- Coordinate and support organizational workflows related to building upkeep.
- Work together with colleagues from landscaping, cleaning, and technical services.
- Carry out minor repairs independently as needed.
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on technical aptitude.
- Enjoyment of organizing tasks and communicating with different people.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred.
- Formal certificates are less important than practical ability and motivation.
