About the role
For the earliest possible start, KOB GmbH is looking for a Hausmeister:in (m/f/d) at one of these locations: Bad Kissingen, Gemünden am Main, Hammelburg, Oberleichtersbach, Oberthulba, or Schweinfurt.
Responsibilities
- Keep the managed properties in a safe, roadworthy, and fully operational condition.
- Monitor the condition and proper use of tools and equipment, arrange maintenance, and coordinate and supervise appointments with external service providers.
- Carry out repair, maintenance, and touch-up work on buildings and facilities, including tasks such as minor repairs and painting.
- Perform smaller maintenance jobs and help maintain the bus wash facility.
- Handle timetable posting duties and take care of the upkeep and maintenance of bus stops.
- Provide technical support for the dish mobile units.
Requirements
- You have completed a technical or manual trade apprenticeship and ideally already have practical experience in property or facility support.
- You bring solid craftsmanship as well as a strong technical understanding.
- You are physically resilient, adaptable, ready to step in when needed, and present yourself in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
- You can work confidently with tablets, PCs, and common office software such as MS Office.
- A valid BE driving licence is mandatory; a valid D/DE licence is an advantage, or you should be willing to obtain one.
- Training in oil separator systems and electrical testing is desirable, or you should be prepared to complete it.
