About the role
For the Tilbecker property management team, this position focuses on keeping a large portfolio of more than 80 properties safe, functional, and technically well maintained. The work environment combines practical building care with close cooperation across a team of around 20 specialists from construction and administration.
Your tasks
- Carry out general caretaker duties across the building portfolio, with varied assignment locations.
- Monitor, maintain, and inspect structural and technical systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform minor repairs and restoration work independently and professionally.
- Take part in the technical on-call rota together with colleagues, providing reliable support for all sites.
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training in a manual or craft-based trade.
- Ideally, practical experience in maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work on buildings or technical systems, or the willingness to learn additional construction and building-services trades.
- Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with both direct colleagues and other trades.
- Independent, structured, and solution-focused way of working.
- Clear communication, strong service mindset, and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications.
- Valid driving licence category B.
