Role Summary

The Handyman will assist the Engineering department to uphold guest satisfaction by ensuring that both guest rooms and public spaces are properly maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaking faucets, mending furniture, and patching walls.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems to prevent issues.
• Manage plumbing tasks including leak repairs, drain unclogging, and fixture replacements.
• Address basic electrical repairs like changing light bulbs and switches.
• Execute painting and touch-up jobs to keep the hotel aesthetically pleasing.
• Conduct carpentry repairs such as fixing or changing wooden fittings.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest maintenance requests.
• Follow safety standards and protocols diligently during all maintenance activities.
