Overview

Hyatt Place AlUla is preparing for launch as part of Hyatt’s growth in the region. The property is planned with 215 guest rooms along with two food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness center designed to serve both leisure and business guests.

Role Summary

The Guest Service Officer will be a key member of the front office team, focused on creating a polished and welcoming guest journey. This position involves handling arrival and departure processes, assisting visitors throughout their stay, and ensuring service is delivered in a professional, efficient, and friendly way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Share clear and accurate details about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Reply quickly to guest questions, special requests, and service concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Take care of room bookings, booking changes, and guest profile updates as needed.
  • Handle guest payments and keep billing and account records accurate.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
  • Address guest complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating where appropriate.
  • Stay current on hotel offerings, services, and promotional activities.
  • Follow front office procedures, service guidelines, and operating policies consistently.
  • Assist with pre-opening front office tasks and readiness activities.
