Organization

Hyatt Place Al Ula is hiring for an Accounting Clerk to help keep day-to-day finance work running smoothly and support the maintenance of accurate records.

Role Overview

This position is focused on routine accounting support, including transaction handling, documentation, and basic reporting assistance to help the finance team stay organized and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support with everyday bookkeeping and accounting activities.
  • Enter and process financial transactions with care and precision.
  • Assist with both accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Keep financial files, records, and supporting documents well organized.
  • Help prepare simple financial statements and reports.
  • Follow accounting procedures and help ensure records remain accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in accounting or finance administration.
  • Working understanding of basic accounting concepts and routines.
  • High level of accuracy and strong focus on details.
  • Well-developed organizational and data entry abilities.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
