Job Role and Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Professionally handle guest inquiries and complaints, addressing and resolving concerns promptly to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Oversee reservation management and cancellations, accurately updating booking systems and assisting in forecasting occupancy levels.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have at least one year of relevant experience in customer interaction or hospitality roles.
