About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be a friendly, energetic point of contact for hotel guests and visitors. This role suits someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team, and wants to help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy inner-city setting.
What you will do
- Work closely with your team to support shared service goals and create a smooth guest experience.
- Provide hotel guest service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Use strong IT and operational skills to handle processes accurately, including work in Opera (PMS).
- Support guests and visitors with local knowledge of Brisbane and nearby tourism options when helpful.
- Remain available for shifts across a 7-day roster, including evenings and night shifts.
- Stay motivated to consistently deliver a high standard of guest care.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in hotel guest services.
- A team-oriented approach and comfort working toward common objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using systems and operational processes.
- Familiarity with Opera property management system.
- Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and across all days of the week.
