Role overview
This position focuses on shaping a strong first and last impression for hotel guests by supporting seamless arrival and departure experiences. The role is centered on delivering attentive, practical service that helps guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.
The Guest Arrival Expert is expected to take initiative, move around the property as needed, and handle a variety of guest-facing and operational tasks. Duties may include supporting operational requirements, responding to guest needs, preparing reports, and sharing useful local area information so that each interaction feels smooth and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Support guests during arrival and departure to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Handle operational tasks and assist with guest service needs as required.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and complete reports when needed.

- Make routine service interactions feel natural and part of the overall guest experience.
Work standards and physical demands
This job requires consistently maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, safeguarding company property, and meeting quality expectations. Professional conduct in appearance, communication, and uniform presentation is essential.
The role involves prolonged standing, sitting, and walking, along with hands-on physical activity. The employee must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and items over 75 pounds with assistance.
Other reasonable duties may be assigned as needed to support hotel operations and guest service standards.
Preferred education and experience
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is required for this position.
