- Run the global GTM Bootcamp every month and deliver a strong learning experience for regional participants.
- Lead live workshops, webinars, and training sessions that help sales teams build confidence and improve performance.
- Coach sales managers and reps with a solid grasp of the sales process and expected role outcomes.
- Review program effectiveness regularly and refine initiatives using data and participant feedback.
- Keep pace with industry shifts, sales methods, and AI developments so enablement content remains current and relevant.
- Establish ongoing feedback channels with attendees and stakeholders to improve both the learning journey and business results.
- Use AI tools to speed up content creation, support delivery, and expand enablement reach.
Regional business partnering
- Develop trusted relationships with regional GTM leaders and act as a key partner in aligning enablement with business priorities.
- Work with regional stakeholders to understand local context, team needs, and market-specific challenges.
- Convert regional insights into actionable recommendations that make programs more locally relevant and effective.
- Connect regional teams with the wider enablement function to bring global initiatives to life in practical ways.
- Help leaders increase awareness, participation, and adoption of enablement programs within their teams.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to regional collaboration by finding ways to improve efficiency and results through tools, workflows, or content.
Collaboration and communication
- Work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and other cross-functional partners to keep enablement aligned with broader company goals.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver concise, meaningful updates for senior leadership on initiatives, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
- Promote the responsible and practical use of AI across enablement workflows to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
Sales enablement support
- Serve as the enablement point person for APAC GTM teams.
- Design and deliver resources and programs that help the team work more effectively and with greater confidence.
- Develop sales collateral, training materials, and best practices that support consistent execution.
- Monitor how enablement tools and resources are used and how they perform, then apply those insights to future improvements.
- Explore AI-enabled approaches that simplify work, improve resource quality, and create more time for coaching and strategy.
