Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced GRP Technician to join our team in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and applying fiberglass materials, with a solid understanding of piping materials used in Oil & Gas sectors and site measurement protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and correctly apply fiberglass materials aligned with production guidelines while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Possess knowledge of various piping materials suitable for Oil and Gas operations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with site measurement procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Apply strong expertise in GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- ITI Diploma or equivalent certified technical education.
- Experience ranging between 5 to 10 years in relevant fields.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and utilize technical drawings and documentation effectively.
- Accurate work execution adhering to stringent limits and standards.
- Competency in interpreting permits and technical documents related to mechanical and electrical tasks.
- Skillfully measure and mark components to meet mechanical and electrical specifications.
