Job description
About the role
Longevium is a longevity clinic based in Dubai, with three connected channels: an online store, a mobile app, and a website. Acquisition is already in place, and the main need is for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operating system across these channels and keep a close eye on performance metrics. The role is centered on structure, execution, and data. The first priority is to bring order to areas that currently lack process, and then to improve and scale them.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the store, app, and website by keeping the catalog, pricing, orders, payment reconciliation, content, listings, and overall information up to date.
- Build and maintain analytics views that track revenue, funnel performance, repeat purchases, conversion, and data quality.
- Handle a light product-management function for the app by setting tasks for the development team and following through until they are completed.
What matters most
- Comfort working with numbers, including GA4, strong Excel skills, and the ability to assemble dashboards.
- Experience running an e-commerce store or subscription-based business, including catalog management, orders, and content.
- A highly detail-oriented mindset and a strong dislike for messy, unstructured processes.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
Working arrangement
This is a remote role. Compensation will be discussed based on experience. The product is active, medical, and backed by real users.
Application note
When applying, briefly share what you have managed, what you have measured, and one example of a messy process you helped clean up. A resume should be included, but a concrete real-world example will matter more.
