Key responsibilities
- Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance tracking.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by turning financial data into clear, actionable insight.
- Lead integration work after acquisitions and ensure alignment between business units.
- Strengthen governance, financial controls, and disciplined reporting across different regions.
- Support growth through improved systems, streamlined processes, and wider finance transformation initiatives.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership experience, with a strong foundation in FP&A, business finance, and performance-focused environments. Experience in the US market or with a US-based organisation is mandatory. A background in project-led sectors such as infrastructure, engineering, industrials, or similar industries is also required. The role calls for someone who has handled M&A integration, scaling initiatives, and cross-border team management. The right person will be commercially minded, highly analytical, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. A recognised finance qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent credential is expected.
