Role Summary

Wolt is hiring an experienced Grocery Shift Lead to support the grocery team at Wolt Market. The ideal person has grocery or retail experience, can guide a team confidently, and helps maintain a consistently high level of service. The role is based in Frankfurt, and the position is onsite in Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany as provided in the listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep store operations running smoothly and act as the main point of contact when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Help the team resolve issues and remove roadblocks during the shift.
• Track workload, productivity, office-related tasks, and team well-being.
• Gather feedback and pass it on to the relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute proactively to improving everyday store processes and operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Grocery Associate at Wolt Market or in another grocery store or retail environment.
• Prior experience leading a team, ideally in a similar industry.
• A proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and German.
