About Tim&Leon
Tim&Leon is a young pet nutrition venture founded by two early-stage entrepreneurs who are building the brand with a strong focus on transparency, quality, and sustainability. The company is preparing to introduce its first product: a dog snack based on an innovative protein source.
Role Overview
The team is seeking a creative and detail-focused Graphic / Product Designer to help shape the visual identity of the brand and the product experience. This is a portfolio project opportunity, offered as an unpaid internship, and is especially suitable for someone who wants real startup exposure while studying.
The position begins at roughly 10 hours per week. Since the company is at a very early stage, no monetary compensation is available at this time. In return, the selected candidate will gain practical experience, contribute ideas directly, and help influence the development of the company and its first launch.
What You Will Work On
- Create packaging, labels, and product visuals that are eye-catching both in stores and online.
- Develop graphics that fit the brand for campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
- Work closely with the founders to maintain a unified and consistent brand presence.
- Bring forward creative concepts for product development and visual storytelling.
- Make sure the design output is easy to use, engaging, and effective.
Requirements
- Background or experience in packaging or product design is helpful, along with familiarity with print production.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, precision, and the ability to adapt across different styles.
- Comfort working on your own and taking initiative.
- Genuine interest in pets.
- Being located in Berlin would be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
