Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will serve as the primary in-house creative expert, responsible for delivering visually impactful designs across print and digital mediums to effectively communicate core messages. Collaborating closely with the corporate marketing team, this position covers a broad spectrum of channels including website content, digital and printed collateral, office interiors, advertisements, exhibitions, and user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide guidance on design styles, formats, print production, and scheduling.
- Establish and uphold the brand's visual identity across all printed and digital materials.
- Create storyboards to visually convey scripts and narratives.
- Design concepts, graphics, layouts for product illustrations, logos, and website visuals.
- Manage full production workflows from typesetting to design, print, and final output.
- Coordinate regularly with external printers, event planners, and art service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in graphic design or a related discipline.
- Experience in multimedia content development is considered an advantage.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency with animation and desktop publishing software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong capability to visualize and develop creative ideas.
- Effective team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Open to providing and receiving constructive feedback gracefully.
