About the role
MaxCap Group is a major Australian real estate investment manager with a global investor base. The business is hiring a part-time Graphic Designer working at 0.6 FTE to help shape and elevate its brand presence.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys producing refined, high-quality visual work across both digital and print media and who performs well in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Role overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own the full design and production process for marketing and client materials that support the business, reinforce the brand, and improve the client experience.
You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to turn ideas into visually strong, on-brand communications while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and a sharp eye for detail.
Key responsibilities
- Create polished digital and print assets such as investor reports, presentations, brochures, capability statements, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
- Handle projects from the first brief through to final output, making sure timelines are met and the finished work exceeds expectations.
- Set up artwork for printing and coordinate with external suppliers when needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the brief and develop practical, creative design solutions.
- Protect and enhance the MaxCap brand by keeping all visual communications consistent.
- Improve templates, design systems, and internal processes to lift efficiency and quality.
- Review all output carefully to ensure precision across every deliverable.
About you
You should be an organised and imaginative designer who can manage several projects at once while consistently producing excellent work. The role suits someone with strong technical design ability, solid stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or in-house team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print design capability.
- Advanced capability with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of brand management and visual identity systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn briefs into effective design solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Experience in financial services is beneficial, though not required.
