Graphic Designer

Role overview

Brint Marketing Solutions is seeking a imaginative and meticulous Graphic Designer for its Bhopal office. This full-time, on-site position calls for someone who can craft polished educational and marketing creatives, work efficiently, and partner closely with marketing and content teams.

What you will do

• Create visuals for social media, including Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers.
• Produce YouTube thumbnails, banners, and other promotional graphics.
• Design infographics and course-related learning visuals.
• Work alongside performance marketing, content, and academic teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Refine designs based on feedback and deliver work within tight timelines.

Skills and qualifications

• Good command of color theory, typography, fonts, and layout principles.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva, which is required.
• Ability to juggle several assignments and respond quickly to changing requirements.
• Strong focus on digital-first design and careful attention to detail.
• Qualification should be a certificate or diploma in graphic design, or a degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or multimedia.

Preferred background

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience are preferred, especially those who have worked with EdTech brands, coaching institutes, or digital marketing agencies. Experience creating educational content or online course promotion material will be an added advantage.

Location preference

Applicants currently living in Bhopal will be given preference.
