Overview
The position of 'Grahak Mitra' (Customer Assistant) primarily serves within banking or similar customer-focused services. The role involves providing direct assistance to customers visiting the bank branch, ensuring they receive appropriate services, and resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer prompt primary support to customers visiting the bank branch, addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Educate customers to develop digital literacy, specifically guiding usage of mobile banking, YONO, net banking platforms, and ATM/CDM machines.
- Encourage customers to adopt digital channels for retail banking transactions, thereby reducing the workload of bank staff.
- Provide detailed information and counseling on various banking products and services available to customers.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Must be a graduate in any stream.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Compensation
This role offers a fixed monthly remuneration of INR 20,000.
