About the Role

Social Consulting is looking for a creative, driven Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join the team in Balingen. The main focus of the role is producing visual content for social media as well as creating internal design materials. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy using design to strengthen a company’s visual presence, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop eye-catching graphics, videos, and photos for LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
  • Turn campaign ideas, posts, and stories into clear, compelling visuals that communicate the brand message effectively.
  • Create and refine internal documents such as presentations, whitepapers, and manuals to ensure a polished and consistent company image.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build creative, engaging, and performance-focused visual content.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar field.
  • Professional experience in social media design and content creation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Creative mindset with a good sense of current design trends, especially in the social media space.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, visually appealing way.
  • Independent, well-organized working style with a high standard for quality.
  • Team-oriented attitude and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Passion for photography and video.
