About the Role
Joining Arup as a Graduate Structural Engineer provides a unique opportunity to impact the world positively through engineering excellence. Key Duties
- Collaborate with seasoned structural engineers in conducting structural analyses utilizing software such as GSA, Tekla Structural Designer, or similar tools.
- Engage in the comprehensive design of structural components crafted from reinforced concrete, steel, timber, or masonry.
- Create mark-ups and coordinate with structural technicians to generate structural drawings via software like Revit or AutoCAD.
- Act as a representative of Arup during client meetings, as well as discussions with other consultants and contractors.
- Perform site inspections and structural surveys as needed.
- Compile reports, presentations, and detailed records of site activities.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates currently undertaking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering at NFQ Level 8/9 or an equivalent qualification. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for thriving in a collaborative workplace.
