Job description
Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is a privately held global mobility company with a turnover of $39 billion, close to 90,000 employees, and a presence in 95 countries. The business is led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, part of the third generation of the Taylor family, and is structured to support long-term growth for its people, customers, and overall business.
Why this training programme stands out
This graduate pathway is designed for people who want to develop leadership capability and progress toward branch management in one of the company’s retail operations, potentially within two years. Many of the organisation’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, began their careers in this role.
From the outset, the company aims to provide genuine responsibility, practical exposure, and strong support across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and related areas.
Growth, rewards, and culture
Performance is recognised through incentive-based rewards and promotion opportunities. The company follows a promote-from-within approach, allowing career progression without needing to move to another employer.
Learning is supported through a mix of classroom sessions, hands-on training, and mentoring so that you can continue building skills and confidence over time.
The organisation also emphasises inclusion and welcomes different backgrounds, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
Key responsibilities and learning areas
From day one, you will be entrusted with meaningful work and gain exposure across the business. You will build capability in the following areas:
- Customer service: handle reservations, respond to customer questions, solve issues, and build strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Sales and marketing: work with local business contacts, expand your professional network, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Financial control and profitability: learn the financial basics behind a successful operation, including managing costs and reading profit and loss information.
- Operations and logistics: support fleet management, planning, and performance improvement.
- Leadership and team development: help coach, train, and develop team members, with scope to lead and advance others as you progress.
Candidate profile
A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role, although relevant professional experience may be accepted in place of formal education where appropriate.
You must hold a full manual driving licence issued in the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU. Adjustments can be made for applicants who are unable to drive because of a disability.
The role cannot be supported with an employment permit under the current regulations.
Applications will be assessed on performance against the company’s competencies, regardless of socio-economic background, university attended, subject studied, or degree achieved.
Please advise the employer if you need any accommodations during the recruitment process.
Applicants should submit only one application for the location where they live or intend to work, as applying to multiple locations may delay processing. This opportunity is open for the Kildare location only.
Important driving record requirement
No drug- or alcohol-related offence may appear on your driving record within the past five years.
