Programme Structure

Rotation 1: Introduction & Foundations (Months 1–3)

• Familiarize graduates with company operations, department structure, and standards
• Develop an understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Build proficiency with relevant software, systems, and internal processes
• Establish mentoring relationships for ongoing support

Rotation 2: Drafting & Technical Design Support (Months 4–9)

• Strengthen drafting skills and technical coordination capabilities
• Gain knowledge of drawing production and revision workflows
• Understand the process of translating engineering information into construction documentation

Rotation 3: Civil Engineering Support (Months 10–18)

• Acquire practical engineering knowledge
• Enhance skills in design assistance and technical coordination
• Comprehend the progression from design concepts through construction phases
