We are seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join a multidisciplinary practice in Coventry renowned for delivering award-winning expertise on prominent projects across the UK. Role Responsibilities
- Provide assistance across various residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Prepare documentation for building regulations and planning permissions submissions.
- Support projects from initial concept stages through to completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects meet technical standards and compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree qualification in Architectural Technology.
- Post-qualification experience in a related position is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Revit software.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Good technical knowledge accompanied by effective presentation abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reside within commuting distance of Coventry.
