Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all engagements with government bodies to acquire, renew, and track necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Ensure the company's full adherence to Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and governmental mandates impacting operations.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all official communications with government agencies.
- Support the processing of visas, residencies, and labor-related documentation for the workforce.
- Manage SADAD payment processes, including fees, fines, and official charges owed to government entities.
- Administer activities related to the Muqeem platform such as residency issuance, renewals, transfers, and data updates.
- Collaborate with Tamm (Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations, renewals, traffic violation management, and related services.
- Handle all immigration-related transactions including visa processing, residency services, and employee record maintenance.
- Oversee company accounts and municipal services on the Balady platform, guaranteeing compliance with municipality regulations and approvals.
- Coordinate with Civil Defense (Salama) to secure safety certifications, conduct inspections, and meet compliance requirements.
- Manage and monitor registrations and services via the Logistic Platform (Ministry of Transport) to ensure transportation regulations are met.
Required Competencies and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi government regulations, platforms, and administrative procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government officials and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in maintaining documentation and tracking compliance.
