Governance Specialist

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Governance Specialist include:

  • Developing an annual plan for the governance unit.
  • Creating and updating governance-related policies and procedures and ensuring their implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws while preparing periodic reports.
  • Assessing the performance of committees and providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Monitoring governance-related projects to support the organization.
  • Identifying risks and conducting gap analysis between processes.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have good conduct and behavior.
  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in law, systems, rights, or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of six months experience in governance.
  • Proficiency with computer use.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and administrative business skills.
