Job description

Role overview

CLPS Global is looking for a senior sales leader with a worldwide outlook, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate from Singapore. The role is focused on shaping and executing international sales plans for the company’s four main offerings: AI intelligent solutions, RPA process automation, credit and debit card systems, and global payment platforms. The goal is to build a durable cross-border sales engine that can drive long-term revenue expansion across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

What you will do

  • Create and roll out a global sales plan, set annual revenue goals, and translate them into targets for key regions including Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Design market entry and go-to-market approaches tailored to each product line, including AI and RPA for B2B clients and card/payment products for B2C and B2B2C use cases.
  • Identify fast-growing international markets and high-potential sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing, while opening doors to major multinational accounts.
  • Set up a global sales support structure at the Singapore headquarters, including Sales Operations and Sales Enablement, and guide regional sales managers and frontline teams across different markets.
  • Initially contribute through individual sales performance, then expand into leading 3 to 5 core sales team members or regional managers through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Bring together teams working across different time zones and cultures, standardize sales workflows, CRM usage, and compliance practices, and maintain consistent execution worldwide.
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with global organizations such as international banks, card networks, payment gateways, cloud providers, and systems integrators.
  • Manage key global accounts, coordinate with product, technology, and legal teams, resolve complex commercial and technical challenges, and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Act as the link between technology and the market by understanding AI deployment, RPA workflows, payment compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, and broader fintech trends.
  • Speak confidently with C-level stakeholders, explain technical value in business terms, and support pre-sales teams in handling advanced technical questions.

Requirements

  • English must be at a native or near-native business level, with the ability to negotiate, speak publicly, and write professional documents.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required for working discussions and meetings.
  • Cantonese is strongly preferred and will help connect with South China, Southeast Asian Chinese communities, and wider Cantonese-speaking networks.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is needed, ideally in computer science, electronic information, finance, or business management.
  • You should bring more than 10 years of sales experience in B2B or B2B2C technology products.
  • Experience in financial technology, especially payments or credit cards, is important; exposure to compliance and payment settlement is an added advantage.
  • Background in AI, cloud computing, or RPA is also preferred.
  • Prior experience managing global or multi-region teams is preferred, especially with examples of team building or turnaround success.
  • You should understand the business climate, buying processes, and regulatory environments in major markets such as Asia Pacific, EMEA, and North America.
  • Strong awareness of how Chinese technology companies expand internationally and how global fintech businesses operate is expected.
  • The role requires a leader who can work well in matrix organizations and navigate complex cross-functional structures.
  • Global mindset, resilience, and a results-driven approach are essential.
  • Frequent international travel should be acceptable and you should be comfortable in a fast-paced global work setting.
  • Having strong customer relationships or partner networks, especially with banks, card organizations, and cloud vendors, is a plus.
  • PMP, CFA, or similar technical certifications are preferred.
  • Experience taking Chinese technology products and services to international markets is an advantage.
