Job description
Role overview
UBT is hiring a hands-on Global Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives across international markets from the East Midlands. The position can include a hybrid working arrangement. This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who can shape marketing direction and also stay deeply involved in execution.
The successful candidate will own global marketing activity across regions, with accountability for brand development, lead generation, and business growth. The role requires both strategic oversight and active campaign delivery, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and real commercial impact.
This is not a purely advisory or supervisory position. You will be expected to lead by example, work closely with the team, and help build marketing capability while delivering campaigns, launches, and optimisation work yourself.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a global marketing plan that supports growth across international markets.
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns spanning digital channels, content, PR, events, and partner activity.
- Stay directly involved in campaign delivery, testing, optimisation, and performance measurement.
- Lead international product launches and go-to-market activity.
- Partner with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets.
- Analyse data and insights to strengthen results and improve return on investment.
- Oversee budgets, external agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with wider business goals.
Requirements
- A strong track record of driving growth across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand activity, campaign management, and demand generation.
- Comfort working directly on delivery rather than only delegating tasks.
- A commercial mindset supported by data-led decision-making and strong market research skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures.
Benefits
- Salary in the range of £60,000 to £70,000, negotiable.
- Bonus opportunity.
- Additional benefits package.
- Real ownership of global marketing with clear visibility of impact.
- The opportunity to build, launch, and optimise campaigns at scale.
Working arrangement
The role is based in the East Midlands, with hybrid working available as an option.
Compensation
Indicative salary: £60,000 to £70,000, negotiable.
Role style
This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to think strategically while also executing consistently and delivering results on a global level.
