About the Role

The role is centered on managing key corporate accounts, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting revenue growth through tailored ICT and telecommunications solutions.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels to support retention and business growth.
- Partner with Solution Managers and Sales Specialists to recommend practical, cost-effective ICT offerings for corporate clients, including local, managed, and hosting services.
- Engage customers regularly to understand their ICT and hosting requirements in detail.
- Spot commercial opportunities and identify areas where mutual business cooperation can be expanded.
- Provide customers with a single point of contact for a broad range of Singtel ICT-related services.
- Handle tasks and support requests from the Global Account Director promptly and effectively.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales queries, work orders, and commercial documents, ensuring records are completed, organized, and kept up to date.
- Coordinate closely with Singtel Global Offices to support customer engagement and service delivery across locations.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or higher qualification, along with at least 5 years of relevant account management experience across different industries and a strong sales record.
- Experience in telecommunications or ICT account management will be considered an advantage.
- A self-motivated, energetic, practical, and creative professional with leadership qualities.
- A proactive person who takes ownership of outcomes and responsibilities.
- Someone who can represent both themselves and the organization in a professional and confident manner.
- Strong interpersonal ability to build trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
- The ability to deliver polished sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Capability to sell a wide portfolio of IT and telecommunications solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
