Role overview

Join Singtel as a Talent Acquisition Manager and help shape the company’s technology workforce. In this position, you will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring strong tech talent that supports innovation and business expansion.

You will serve as a dependable advisor to hiring leaders, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and help design hiring approaches that create a strong candidate journey and a reliable pipeline for key technology positions. This role suits someone who performs well in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling challenging hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
  • Handle the recruitment process end to end for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.
  • Create and run sourcing plans across multiple channels such as direct outreach, referrals, networking, and talent communities to bring in strong candidates.
  • Build productive partnerships with stakeholders to align priorities, set expectations, and keep hiring workflows smooth.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for specialized and high-demand technology positions across areas such as software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital.
  • Use market trends, talent intelligence, and industry data to guide hiring strategy and advise on talent availability.
  • Improve both candidate and hiring manager experiences by refining processes and applying effective recruitment practices.
  • Support internal mobility efforts and help highlight career growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Keep recruitment records accurate and provide reporting that supports hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Experience and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technology recruitment, whether in-house, at a tech recruitment agency, or a mix of both.
  • Background in managing full-cycle recruitment and successfully filling technical and digital positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different business teams.
  • Ability to design and implement sourcing strategies that attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Good problem-solving, planning, and process-improvement abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, along with relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to balance several hiring priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • IHRP certification or a similar HR professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics, employer branding, talent mapping, or workforce planning would be useful.
