Overview
INSEAD is hiring a full-time Gift Processing Manager to join their Advancement Operations team. This role is based on a hybrid schedule with three days on campus and two days remote, located at either the Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or the Asia Campus in Singapore. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Gift Processing Manager plays an essential role in delivering efficient, compliant, and donor-focused gift processing activities, improving donor experience and supporting broader organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead relationships with external foundations and third-party organizations such as CAF, Benevity, Charities Trust, and Ariba to manage gift and foundation administration.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and maintain supporting documentation for legal and audit compliance.
- Ensure donors are issued proper acknowledgements and tax receipts where applicable.
- Develop INSEAD's foundation network by establishing partnerships with international organizations to expand tax-efficient giving options and oversee due diligence and reporting for partners.
- Manage giving platforms including Magento and Stripe, administer recurring gifts and payments, test and collaborate with IT on system improvements, and coordinate updates and new payment implementations.
- Identify and implement enhancements to processes and related documentation, including user guides and templates.
- Respond promptly to donor inquiries and support them with payment methods, giving options, and delivery of acknowledgment communications.
- Contribute to and execute important operational or strategic projects as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support department goals.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and collaboration-driven professional passionate about operational excellence and customer service.
- Experience in non-profit, fundraising, higher education, or related sectors, with expertise in operations, project management, finance, or fundraising.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in working with CRM systems, payment platforms, and digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, particularly regarding financial and data processes.
- Committed to providing outstanding donor and customer service.
