About the Role

The General Manager - Saudi Arabia will drive and implement the overall strategy for the Saudi Arabia market. As a leadership team member, this role focuses on building an exceptional culture and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth aligned with company targets in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct detailed market research to spot growth prospects and analyze competition.
• Design methods to generate high-quality leads and successfully convert them into sales.
• Oversee the sales pipeline to maintain a continuous and effective sales opportunity flow.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to sustain ongoing business.
• Ensure strong brand positioning of ElevenLabs within the Saudi Arabian market for client acquisition and retention.
• Recruit, train, and manage a proficient sales and business development team.
• Establish performance standards and regularly evaluate team progress to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in sales processes.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about voice and audio AI with a dedication to enhancing content accessibility and advancing emerging technologies.
• Possesses over a decade of experience in technology, including 3-5 years in senior leadership or General Manager roles.
• Demonstrates extensive expertise and experience working in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Has a proven history of managing and expanding a regional profit and loss responsibility.
• Strong grasp of AI and SaaS technologies along with their commercial applications.
• Experienced in leading cross-disciplinary teams within dynamic, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical thinker with solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Resides in Saudi Arabia.
