About the Role

Moose Knuckles is hiring an experienced, results-focused General Manager to take charge of store performance in Berlin. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing staffing and development, maintaining strong merchandising and visual standards, controlling expenses and payroll, and delivering an outstanding customer journey aligned with the brand’s philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute strategies that support and surpass business targets.
  • Ensure customer service standards remain consistently exceptional and create a distinctive in-store experience.
  • Own store productivity and profitability, including sales growth, staffing outcomes, and inventory performance.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
  • Maintain strong awareness of store safety and security.
  • Manage controllable costs, including payroll allocation.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop associates, key holders, assistant managers, and associate managers.
  • Lead by example in carrying forward the Moose Knuckles culture.
  • Prioritize strong communication and service-minded hiring decisions.
  • Promote teamwork and ensure all staff are treated with professionalism and respect.
  • Support diversity and inclusion throughout all areas of the business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has substantial retail leadership experience and is comfortable running a high-volume store. They should bring strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical ability, along with a customer-first mindset, sales focus, and a professional, proactive approach under pressure. A passion for the brand and experience in luxury retail are preferred.

Experience Required

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, ideally in a Store Manager or General Manager capacity.
